The storefront may process customer contact details, account details, order details, support messages, analytics events and security logs needed to operate the site and respond to enquiries.

Secrets and payment safety

Payment secrets are never shown in the admin UI and raw card details must not be stored by this storefront. Final payment processing is handled only by approved payment providers.

Rights and requests

Customers can request access, correction, anonymisation or deletion of personal data where applicable. Use the privacy request form in the account area or contact support with the checkout email, order reference or AI chat conversation reference.

AI chat and support messages

AI chat records may include the question, page context, product references, basket summary and support handoff details needed to answer product, delivery, payment or returns enquiries. Do not enter raw card details in chat. Staff can export, review, anonymise or delete chat records through the controlled support workflow.
